Today’s match is being touted as the biggest game of the ICC World Cup 2011 till now. Both the teams are girding up for this big clash. Though the momentum is with India after they convincingly won their opening match against Dhaka, but England too cannot be written off.

It is a different team as it is coming fresh from defeating Australia in the Ashes. But many point out towards the fact that its performance in the ODI series was not up to mark.

Keeping all this in mind it looks that India has an upper hand. But it is too early to jump to any conclusion because England would be striving hard to win this trophy for the first time. This time they are pulling all stops to take on India on their home soil.

Equipped with better bowling, building and batting they are ready to give India a stiff competition. England seam bowler Stuart Broad and others in the team are aware of the India’s potential. It would be a difficult task to floor India on its home ground that too when hundreds of thousands of fans will be rooting for their star performers.

Broad said: “We are aware of India's strength on their home ground. We are practicing hard to bowl and field much better than in the previous match against the Netherlands at Nagpur the other day (Tuesday).”

Fans are waiting for the thriller match to unroll.
